Research
After launching a new website, Business Link wanted to make sure everything was rocking and rolling. They asked us to dig deep into the data to see what we could find. We pulled in data over 7 years of Google Analytics data, surfed Google Trends and WaybackMachine for insights and ideas, dug into Facebook and Twitter profiles & follower demographics to try and understand the impact their design changes had on their target markets.
Results
Data tells a detailed story, and with 7 years of data, there’s lots of stories to tell. We were able to find and fix:

User Experience Issues
From 404 errors to redirect issues, to pagespeed considerations.

Architecture Issues
We suggested new menu items to align with the normal customer flow on the website and top pages.

Content Issues
We were able to find content gaps based on on-site searches, dead links to pdfs, and a huge demand for pdf’s that were now removed from the site.
